Job Description

Do you like a miserable working experience? GREAT! We’re looking for motivated Team Members to join our kitchen permanently parked at Oliphant Brewing!

Our Food Truck is open 4 days as week with 1 day built in for kitchen prep and is open during our normal taproom and liquor store hours. We’ve implemented Date Nights to drive traffic and are looking for individual looking to maintain the truck, cook excellent food, and serve customers quickly.

Responsibilities

Prep & Cook: Help prepare fresh ingredients and cook high-quality menu items to order in a fast-paced environment.

Opening & Closing: Open the truck for service and close at end of night.

Keep it Clean: Maintain a spotless, organized workspace.

Ordering & Inventory of Food Items

Communicate with Management on needs and expectations.

Communicate with Taproom staff to address service issues.

Requirements:

Must be reliable and punctual

Ability to work in a fast-paced, close-quarters environment.

A positive attitude and a knack for teamwork.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (when the taproom is busiest).

3+ years experience working in a kitchen.

Note: No commercial driving required! The truck stays put.
